Capabilities
We use the well known GPL licensed Squirrelmail to provide our web mail interface.
We provide SPAM blocking at our mail server through several Realtime Blackhole Lists (RBLs), such as those hosted by The Spamhaus Project , along with SpamAssassin , which together significantly reduce the ingress of unwanted mass mailings to user mail accounts. Users can also block individual senders and domains through our interface.
Both incoming and outgoing e-mails, and their attachments, are scanned for viruses using H+BEDV's Antivir as they pass through our mail server. Our installation automatically checks for updates several times per day, making sure that all our users have the best protection in place.
